Degree Programs

School of the Media and the Arts

Cayuga Provides Exceptional Opportunities for Students Who Are Ready to Explore, Create, Perform, and Communicate.

Cayuga's School of Media and the Arts (SOMA) offers degree opportunities including AAS, AS and certificates. As soon as you choose your degree, you'll begin to concentrate your studies in a specific area. But there are ways you can shape your education to increase depth and breadth of study, along with your career potential.

School of Science Technology Engineering Mathematics

Cayuga provides exciting opportunities for students to learn about and prepare for an interesting and rewarding career in science, technology, engineering, and math with a range of degree and certificate programs.

Cayuga's School of Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) provides an experiential approach to learning that promotes creative problem solving and is based on learning through inquiry. With small classes and hands-on labs, students and faculty explore how things work, and study innovative ways to make them work better.

Certificate Programs

Cayuga's certificate programs are registered with the New York State Department of Education (the number in parentheses after the program title rep- resents the New York State Education Department HEGIS code). You may need to attend evening classes if you wish to complete a certificate program as outlined.

Federal Gainful Employment

Federal Gainful Employment regulations require that students receive information about potential occupations related to their certificate goals. Please view the Certificate Program Enrollment datasheet that lists the number of students enrolled in each certificate program and what occupational codes match your certificate goal. To search for more information related to your certificate program, please view the Department of Education Gainful Employment Template listed below that reports current costs, occupational codes, normal program length, median student loan debt, and job placement rates. To protect the privacy of our students any certificate program with less than 10 students enrolled will not have information listed on student loan debt or job placement rates.

University Center at Cayuga

Cayuga students can now complete bachelor and master degrees on the Auburn campus. Our partnerships with both private and SUNY colleges can offer the location and scheduling convenience you need to continue your higher education. A variety of instructional formats are offered and program completion time varies. Job and family responsibilities can be balanced while you are earning the post-secondary degree you want.
