Course Description

Prerequisite: MATH 102 or equivalent. Continuation of MATH 102 introduces the basics of trigonometry and reviews basic properties of the complex number system. The concept of function is applied to algebraic, rational, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions. Emphasis on applications of trigonometry to right and oblique triangles and vectors. Assistance available at Center for Academic Success. A scientific calculator is required. Three class hours weekly.
