The Spartans women’s basketball program has established itself as an NJCAA Region III and Mid State Athletic Conference contender year in and year out. Over the past seven seasons, the Spartans have a 124-82 record and two Mid State Athletic Conference Championships. Cayuga has made the NJCAA Region III playoffs in seven of the last ten seasons. The women’s basketball team plays its home games in Spartan Hall gymnasium, which has a new hardwood basketball court as well as three other full length courts. The women play a competitive 28 game schedule including periodic trips. This season the Spartans travel to Boston for a tournament in November and go to West Point in February to play the Army Prep team.
