You will receive a letter via the U.S. postal service that will include your temporary account password and detailed instructions regarding access. |
If you have forgotten your password subsequent to your initial login, you can always enter your Cayuga username, Social Security Number or Cayuga ID# and then click the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link on the myCayuga login page. This will prompt you to answer a security question that you had previously established. You will be able to proceed from there. College e-mail system used for college business communications (e.g., e-billing) and to support communication with your instructors. The College will consider students to be informed and in receipt of correspondence sent to their Cayuga e-mail account. Cayuga will direct some official communications to students' Cayuga email accounts as appropriate. Students are responsible for reading their college e-mail on a regular basis and for recognizing that certain communications are time sensitive. Your Cayuga email account will be activated approximately 2 months prior to the start of the semester in which you have initially registered. Late registrants should expect to see email activation within 5 business days of class registration. Your email address and password will be made available as part of your Cayuga Credentials which is accessible within your myCayuga account. Your email account is subject to continued enrollment in credit bearing classes at Cayuga Community College. Your email account will be terminated after two years of your last semester attended. |
If you have difficulties in accessing your e-mail account after you have been activated, please visit the computer lab in room M331 on the Auburn Campus or the Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC) on the Fulton Campus.
