What is myCayuga?

MyCayuga is your personal web-based gateway to electronic resources at Cayuga Community College.

How can I access my myCayuga account?

Once your account has been created, your login credentials and detailed instruction’s will be mailed to you. You can access the account link, https://my.cayuga-cc.edu at any time on Cayuga's website and proceed to log in. Should you forget your username or password, you can always enter your C-Number or your Social Security Number for your username, and then click the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link on the myCayuga login page.

What if I encounter additional problems gaining access to the site?

If you have never successfully logged in OR you are having difficulties logging in, you can:

E-mail the Help Desk at AuburnHelpDesk@cayuga-cc.edu
Call the Help Desk at 315-294-8568.
Visit the Help Desk, in person, on the Auburn campus in room M331.

MyCayuga offers self-service, 24/7 online access to your academic and financial information. With myCayuga you can:

  • view your class schedule
  • view your final grades
  • read college announcements
  • view course schedules
  • register for classes
  • pay your tuition bills as well as accept your financial aid online
