Diploma Pickup
The Registrar's Office will mail postcards to all May 2013 graduates who meet the above criteria in June and to Summer 2013 graduates in August. The postcards will explain when and where you can pick up your official diploma.
All December 2012 and Intersession graduates should have received this postcard in January. If you have not, contact the Registrar's Office on the Auburn or Fulton Campus at 315-255-1743, extension 2217 or 2218 (Auburn) or 315-592-4143 (Fulton), registrar@cayuga-cc.edu, or in M-243 on Auburn Campus and F-281 on the Fulton Campus.
Commencement ceremony participants will receive diploma covers. Non-participants may purchase diploma covers at the College Bookstore.
Rehearsal
An important rehearsal for candidates will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 17 in the Spartan Hall Gymnasium. Rehearsal will take approximately one and a half hours, and individual questions about the ceremony will be discussed. All candidates are required to attend.
Fulton Campus students are encouraged to coordinate rides together.
Academic Honors
The Spring 2013 Semester grade calculation is not reflected in the cumulative grade point average used to determine academic honors in the commencement program.
- Summa Cum Laude: 3.800-4.000
- Magna Cum Laude: 3.500-3.799
- Cum Laude: 3.250-3.499
Official honor status will be recalculated when Spring 2013 grades are recorded and will appear on the diploma and transcript.
