Description
Awarded, in the first instance, to two graduating telecommunications majors continuing their education in the field of broadcast engineering at a four-year school. If there are no eligible recipients, these awards may then be granted to two returning sophomores who have demonstrated excellence within the telecommunications degree program in their first year. Otherwise awarded to incoming freshmen within the Telecommunications degree program.
