Cayuga Alumni Association Offers One-Day Trip to NYC

For a tasty nibble of the Big Apple, the Auburn/Cayuga Community College Alumni Association is booking a one-day summer excursion to New York City. Reservations are open to the public. The one-day “Do Your Own Thing” trip on Saturday, July 24, 2004, offers travelers a chance to take in a show, sightsee, shop, catch the Staten Island Ferry or an Ellis Island tour boat, and wander the museums and galleries. The deluxe, air-conditioned motorcoach will depart from the college at 6:00 a.m. and arrive in Manhattan near Rockefeller Center at about 11:30 a.m. For the return trip, the bus will leave Rockefeller Center at 8:00 p.m. and arrive in Auburn at approximately 1:00 a.m. Cost is $55 per person for round-trip motorcoach transportation, with payment due upon reservation. Seating is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations and further information are available from the college's Alumni Office at 315-255-1743, extension 2224 or 2454.
