Extrusion Blow Molding Technology program

The Business & Industry Center (BIC) of Cayuga Community College will be offering an Extrusion Blow Molding Technology program, December 1-10 (W, F, M, W, F), 9 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Auburn campus. This 20-hour program focuses on machine parts, equipment, plastic behavior in the blow molding process, machine operating controls and the purpose of each, start-up and shut-down procedures, determining maximum operating efficiency, and processing conditions that affect quality and productivity.

BIC provides comprehensive services to area businesses and, as a member of the SUNY network of Business and Industry Centers, has access to extensive educational resources to meet company training and assessment needs. Programs can be scheduled on the Auburn campus, Fulton Center, or on-site (for 10 or more participants) at mutually convenient times.
