LEARNING COMMONS – ACADEMIC SUPPORT TEST COVER SHEET
Completed Learning Commons - Academic Support Test Cover Sheets must accompany each test to be proctored in the Learning Commons – Academic Support, as they provide important instructions for Learning Commons – Academic Support staff. Paper copies of the sheet are available in the Learning Commons – Academic Support, or instructors can download a Test Cover Sheet for the campus where your student will take the test.
