DESCRIPTION
Demonstrated perseverance in academic achievement and extracurricular activities either in high school or at Cayuga Community College; Evidence of well-defined academic and career goals; Financial limitations which interfere with the pursuit of these objectives. First considerations and allowance will be given to Fulton Area residents and Nontraditional students. FAFSA and application required.
