Presented to an A.A., A.S. or A.A.S. graduate, who is transferring to and been accepted by an institution of higher education to pursue a four-year or more degree in a health-related program, i.e. medicine, B.S.N. Nursing, optometry, dentistry, chiropractic, occupational or physical therapy, etc., and who has demonstrated good citizenship by involvement in extra-curricular school or volunteer community activities.
