DESCRIPTION
Awarded to a graduating Cayuga County resident who has completed all requirements for a degree in Business Administration, has been accepted at a four-year college or university, and has given evidence of participation in community service and/or work. Application deadline is May 1 of the year in which the student plans to graduate.
