MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS SERVICES

Cayuga Community College recognizes the importance of mental health and wellness to our students. To support our students as they overcome challenges and prepare for their future, we offer mental health professionals at both campuses and have access to a 24-hour support service.

Our mental health professionals help students manage stress and anxiety, enhance communication skills, overcome grief, improve relationships and conflict resolutions skills, as well as address depression and grief.

Available wellness services include:

  • Personal counseling sessions
  • Referral services
  • Campus visits from counseling and community resource agencies
  • Activities to relieve stress and anxiety
  • On-campus food pantry
