COURSE DESCRIPTION
Prerequisite: Math 099 or equivalent. This course is for students seeking a degree in childhood education. Topics include problem solving, sets and relations, numeration systems, whole numbers, integers, rational numbers, real numbers, percents, number theory and proportional reasoning. Students will use logical reasoning and problem solving to communicate their comprehension to the elementary student.
