Facilities Master Plan Request for Proposal (RFP 2627-01)

Cayuga Community College is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to create a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan that will guide future campus improvements and capital investments. Services include facility condition assessments, space utilization analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and development of phased recommendations for the Auburn and Fulton campuses and Workforce Development Center.

Proposals must be received by October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.

Spartan Hall Elevator Renovation Request for Proposal (RFP 2627-02)

Cayuga Community College is seeking proposals for the renovation and modernization of the Spartan Hall hydraulic elevator. The project includes replacement of elevator operating and signal systems, hall fixtures, pump and related equipment, door re-opening devices, electrical improvements, testing, demonstration, and maintenance.

Proposals must be received by September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
