HIGH SCHOOL

To prepare for college, focus on developing your written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and analytical skills, cultural competency, and time and stress management skills.

Careers in Psychology require strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically, mediate personal and professional disputes, and understand and respect diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Students should focus on developing strong writing and verbal communication skills and enhancing their ability to relate to the experiences and emotions of others.
