MYCAYUGA
PURPOSE
Your web-based gateway to electronic resources at Cayuga Community College.
MyCayuga offers self-service, online access to your personal employee and/or academic information. It allows you to view and in some cases update position info, contact info, leave reports and more. Faculty will submit grades and can view student and class info here.
You can access your myCayuga account 24/7 online at https://my.cayuga-cc.edu
HOW AND WHEN ISSUED
Upon date of hire.
USERNAME/PASSWORD HELP
A temporary password will be issued. Contact the Help Desk for assistance. Upon initial login, you will reset this password to one of your own choosing.
Employee passwords must have a minimum of 12 characters and expire every 730 days. Although not required, employees are encouraged to create a passphrase using a combination of upper and lower case letters and characters that make it difficult for others to guess. Do not use “Auburn,” “Fulton,” or “Cayuga” in your passphrase.
If you have forgotten your password, you can always enter your Cayuga Username and then click the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link on the myCayuga login page.
This will prompt you to answer security questions that you had previously established. You will be able to proceed from there.

BRIGHTSPACE
PURPOSE
Cayuga’s online learning management system located at https://www.cayuga-cc.edu/brightspace
HOW AND WHEN ISSUED
Once your schedule is assigned, your Brightspace password is generated. Contact the Help Desk and they will assist you with your password information.

EZPROXY
PURPOSE
Allows off-campus access to the library’s subscription databases.
HOW AND WHEN ISSUED
Employees can go to the campus libraries and get their library card with the coordinating information necessary to access their new account.
